When you begin training with us you will hit the ground running but not all on your own. You will be assigned a team member or trainer who is experienced in proper safety, application techniques, and customer interaction.

- All training necessary to obtain PA Department of Agriculture Technician Certification

Equipment and Vehicle Safety
- Safe driving practices for larger NON CDL Truck
- Safe spray equipment utilization
- Field equipment knowledge

We will help you and encourage you to pass certification exams, and further advanced technical training that helps you succeed.

Clean driving record
DOT Physical (We will Provide)
Able to pass a Drug Test
Extensive Walking Required
Moderate to Heavy Lifting
Ability to drive a standard shift is a plus but not necessary
