Superior Lawn Care Management Team Recognized for Elite Landscape Industry Designation
The National Association of Landscape Professionals is pleased to announce that Robert Haynor and Shawn Rodgers of Superior Lawn Care in New Stanton, PA, have earned the Landscape Industry Certified Lawn Care Manager designation and are now nationally certified. Additionally, general manager Richard Painter has achieved re-certification of the Landscape Industry Certified Manager national designation.
The achievement of the Landscape Industry Certified designation demonstrates a distinguished level of professionalism. Certification is voluntary, and it represents a professional’s dedication to exhibiting superior knowledge in his or her field. Only a select few, approximately 1% of landscape professionals working in the United States today, are certified.

NALP’s Landscape Industry Certified program, supported and used internationally, offers seven different certifications that include expertise in lawn care, interior plant care, horticulture, landscape care, and business management.
Superior Lawn Care’s staff is working towards certification this year to achieve company accreditation based on criteria from NALP, which also requires participation in the NALP Safe Company Program, conducting all business practices responsibility and ethically, and completing a Pledge of Excellence.
Superior Lawn Care is a locally-owned family business located in New Stanton, PA that was started in 1981. Today, the experienced staff provides lawn care services to several thousand customers throughout the greater Pittsburgh area and southwestern Pennsylvania. All service managers, applicators, and technicians are PA licensed for every service.
